Producer Responsibility Organizations (PRO) will be established to support producers with meeting their obligations under extended producer responsibility (EPR) regulations across Ontario which will lead to numerous changes in the Ontario recycling and diversion landscape.

RPRA

MAE can work with your organization to provide HSP verification reports by P.Eng  as is required by RPRA to ensure you stay on the list of processors. 

ECA and Environmental Compliance

MAE has many years of experience with ECA compliance and Landfill operations to assist you or provide additional resources to your team.

Municipal Assistance

MAE will also assist municipalities to manage Waste Management programs, improvements and procurement tools such as Requests for Proposals andTenders. 

Changes related to the Circular Economy Act will lead to changes that will require a smooth transition to  minimize the risk and impact to your municipal programs.
